How do we share project files securely?
We work via your preferred platform — FTP, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or your studio's own cloud server. We can also sign an NDA before any files are exchanged.
What CAD standards and templates do you follow?
Yours. We work to your existing layer structure, title blocks, drawing conventions, and templates. Just share them with your brief and we'll follow them precisely.
What is your typical turnaround time?
It depends on scope — we'll agree a clear timeline before starting. For smaller tasks (1–5 drawings) we can often turn around within 24–48 hours. Larger sets are scheduled based on scope and complexity.
Do you offer a trial project?
Yes. We're happy to start with a small paid trial — typically 1–2 drawings — so you can assess quality and communication before committing to a larger scope.
How is pricing structured?
We offer hourly rates, fixed-scope pricing, and monthly retainer models. We'll provide a clear quote based on your brief — no hidden costs, no surprises.
